  • 4 oz (about 113g) grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and sliced avocado.
